We want you to be able to start viewing the course(es) immediately after purchase. If this does not work, there can be various reasons:
Please check your email inbox to see if you have received a purchase confirmation email. Please also check your spam mailbox.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, the purchase may not have been made and you will have to make it again.

Did you log into your profile with the correct email address? A common mistake when logging in via Facebook is that a different email address is stored there. Therefore, please check whether you have entered the Meet Your Master data.
